My name is Paulo Sottomayor, I’m the manager of Douro Yacht Experiences and I’ll be your Skipper!

I always dreamed of having a top-notch yacht service in one of the most beautiful rivers in the world, the Douro River.

Being from Porto, with a deep local knowledge, specialized in luxury travel, wine tourism and gastronomy, having expertise in tourism since 2011 (Braga Tours); 2013 (Wine Tourism in Portugal) and 2018 (Luxury Tours Portugal) and events since 2006, with a privileged relationship with the finest partners in this region, I’ve decided to show to my guests the amazing sights, flavors, textures and sounds to soak up in this northerly section of sun-drenched Portugal.
